Peanut Butter Energy Balls | Vegan

These peanut butter energy balls are one of my favorite ways to refuel after a run because it has a lot of protein and heart healthy fats. I will usually eat one or two. It's a very energy dense (calories!) snack option packed with a lot of nutrients so you get a lot of bang for your buck when you eat these. The recipe is down below so definitely check it out and let me know what you think! They are absolutely delicious! I hope you enjoy them!
