Blueberry Dreams Smoothie Bowl with Avocado and Roasted Almond Butter - Vegan

Starting the day off right today with a delicious smoothie bowl. I honestly don't think you can have enough smoothie recipes. I make one every single morning and since I have been doing so, I've seen my energy levels increase. They are tasty and an excellent way to get in more vitamins and minerals. Add your favorite toppings and dig in!

This one is so creamy and delicious it's almost like ice cream due to the addition of the avocado and the almond butter. It contains heart healthy fats, lots of protein, and antioxidants too. An all around healthy and delicious morning treat!


Blueberry Dreams Smoothie Bowl with Avocado and Almond Butter// Vegan Recipe

1 cup + 2 tbsp unsweetened regular almond milk

1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries

2 large frozen bananas

1/4 cup avocado

2 tbsp roasted pure almond butter

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp cinnamon

2 ice cubes

Toppings of choice (I used coconut flakes, hemp seeds, and strawberries)

Add all of the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. You might need to add a little more almond milk if it's too thick. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings!
