Key Lime, Blood Orange, & Peach Spring Mocktail


This non alcoholic mocktail is a tasty beverage to sip on during those warm Spring and Summer days. It's so simple and only takes just a few minutes.

It's light and refreshing and is also high in potassium, calcium, fiber, B-6, vitamin C, and protein.

A healthy and hydrating drink to enjoy while you are soaking up the sunshine! Cheers! :)


Key Lime, Blood Orange, & Peach Spring Mocktail // Vegan + High Fiber

(makes 2 small glasses)

2 blood oranges, peeled

1 5 oz. container of any key lime dairy free coconut yogurt (I love the SO Delicious Brand)

1 1/2 cup frozen peaches

1 cup seltzer

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and then pour into two chilled glasses and enjoy immediately!
