What I Eat in a Day During FALL 🍂 | Healthy and Simple Vegan Meals

It's October! So glad it's here! It's still SO hot here in Charlotte, NC (it's been unbearable lately) but the cooler weather is finally coming this weekend. Wahoo!

Since going vegan, one of my absolute favorite types of videos to watch on YouTube are the 'What I eat in a Day' videos. They are so fun and I get so much inspiration from them so I made one for fall. I also made a 'What I eat in a Day being Vegan' during summer so check that one out here. Vegan Chocolate Chip Pancakes Recipe (oil free + healthy)

1 & 1/4 cup whole wheat flour

1 T organic cane sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1 & 1/4 cup plant milk
